You are under no obligation whatsoever. We can discuss your requirements on the phone, I can then give you an estimate on how much the work is likely to cost. If you are then happy to go ahead, upon arrival I will confirm your requirements and give you a confirmed cost of work.

Yes subject to availability I can work weekends and late evenings. Simply call me to discuss your requirements, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. 

There is no callout charge in and around the the area of Hampshire. However if you require me to visit your property in other areas and do not require my services, a small callout charge will be payable to cover costs (notified at time of call).  If you make use of my services this will not be charged.

Apart from the possible callout charge mentioned above, there will be no hidden charges or cost to you in addition to the prices quoted. If you require any additional work this can be discussed and agreed before commencing. On larger jobs I may quote you to cover labour, and charge materials at cost price. But this will always be confirmed and agreed with you beforehand.

The sort of on-going services I provide are lawn care & gardening, hedge/tree trimming, drain clearing, etc.  

Although my work mainly involves peoples homes, I am happy to discuss on-going maintenance contracts for property agents/owners, or corporate jobs.
